THOUGHTFUL BY DESIGN

Shared work. Clear boundaries.

Good teamwork needs a clear view of who can do what, where conversations belong and what your customers can see.

FROM SIGN-IN TO CONVERSATION

Confidence in the
useful little details.

Supportilo brings collaboration and access controls into the same everyday workflow. Share the context your team needs and keep the boundaries around the conversations that matter.

  • Individual accounts and two-factor sign-in.
  • Workspace and inbox access controls.
  • A clear distinction between replies and internal notes.
CONTROLS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND

A clearer picture of your shared space.

A sign-in account for every teammate.

Each person signs in with their own account. Connected mailbox credentials are separate from personal sign-in credentials, and two-factor authentication adds an optional second step.

The right access for the right people.

Owner, admin, agent and collaborator roles support different responsibilities. Inbox membership controls which conversations a teammate can access.

Private context stays with your team.

Internal notes and Bcc recipients are kept out of the customer-facing conversation. Customer portal access uses email verification and is limited to the customer’s own requests.

A separate space for each organization.

Supportilo is built around separate company workspaces. Conversation and attachment access is checked against the current workspace and its inbox permissions.

Clear review and delivery states.

Agents review AI-assisted drafts before sending. Queued replies, delivery status and a configurable Undo Send window help the team understand the next step.

Your history stays portable.

Export conversations and their files when you need a copy. Guided imports retain the original source archive and make unavailable source data visible for review.
